Our History
At TrueMindly™, we believe mental health should be simple, supportive, and accessible for everyone.
Our journey began at the intersection of data science and behavioral health, where we witnessed firsthand the challenges people face in finding care, resources, and everyday support. This experience revealed a clear need: a tool that bridges the gap between individuals and meaningful mental health solutions.
TrueMindly was created to meet that need , a daily companion that helps users check in with their moods, discover coping tools, and connect to trusted resources with ease.
Today, our mission is to reduce disparities in mental health access and give patients, families, and communities tools that make wellness a natural part of daily life.
TrueMindly™ was founded by Jessica Meza Perez, a data scientist with a background in behavioral health. After working directly in healthcare and pursuing advanced studies in data science, Jessica recognized a clear need: a simple, accessible way to connect people with daily mental health support.
TrueMindly™ is in its early growth stage and we’re proud of how far we’ve already come.
So far, we’ve:
Built a strong brand identity rooted in our mission to make mental health accessible.
Launched a waitlist to connect with early supporters.
Begun developing our app, focusing on daily mood check-ins, coping tools, and progress insights.
What we’re most proud of is turning an idea into a real, tangible project that people can engage with today. Every step brings us closer to our vision of reducing disparities in mental health and giving individuals easier access to daily support.
